We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Prophetic Healing provides spiritual healing services based on Islamic teachings, including Ruqiah (spiritual healing), Hijama (cupping therapy), consultation, and educational content about Prophetic Medicine.
Appointments booked through the App are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. We will notify you of any changes as soon as practicable.
The information provided through our App is for educational and spiritual guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider.
While we strive to provide effective services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our treatments. Healing outcomes vary by individual.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
You may not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App; use the App to distribute malware or harmful code; use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others; or post offensive or inappropriate content.
Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior when interacting with our staff and other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive or disrespectful behavior.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Prophetic Healing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
By submitting any content (reviews, feedback, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for purposes of improving our services.
Fees for our services are displayed in the App. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of payment. Refunds for missed appointments require at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice may result in forfeiture of any fees paid and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and disclaimers.
The App and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prophetic Healing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our spiritual healing services are complementary in nature and should not replace conventional medical treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We encourage users to contact us directly with any concerns or disputes before pursuing legal action. We are committed to resolving issues amicably.
